Performed third-party coating inspection on 22 newly fabricated girders. Witness all nondestructive and destructive tests performed. Measured surface profile, performed PA -2 dry film thickness (DFT) readings between each coat, and provided post-completion documentation. Verified that Caltrans specifications were met. Provided detailed daily reports with photos, manpower, surface area completed, gallons used, ambient conditions, etc.

Elite 360 performed a full-quality inspection for Lancon Engineers, of the interior and exterior water storage tanks for the city of Carlyss, Louisiana. Elite cleaned and disinfected the interior and exterior substrate to allow our team of experts to take digital UT readings and a full structural inspection. With the complete inspection and our recommendation, the city of Carlyss, LA will have access to sterile water for many years to come. The greatest accomplishment is the relationships built with the owner Lee Lancon and his team of professionals.

Construction of a 250,000-gallon elevated water storage tank.
Elite 360 provided oversight for construction activities as well as NACE certified inspection services. In addition to ensuring adherence to schedule and quality commitments, Elite 360 staff coordinated with the owner and contractor to assure all work is performed in accordance with OSHA and local safety requirements.

Port of Lake Charles, Elite 360 staff performed abrasive blasting per SSPC 10 and coated the entire 750,000 gal elevated water storage tank exterior and interior of the structure steel with a Tenmec coatings.

Elite 360 staff preformed abrasive blasting to SSPC-10, then 2 coats of Epoxy Mastic was applied followed by one coat of a moister cured urethane aluminum finish coat for a total 12-14 mils DFT

Elite 360 staff has intensive knowledge of TSA corrosion protection system and uses a specialized process to apply high-quality aluminum metal for corrosion control.
