Bridge Widening

Performed third-party coating inspection on 22 newly fabricated girders. Witness all nondestructive and destructive tests performed. Measured surface profile, performed PA -2 dry film thickness (DFT) readings between each coat, and provided post-completion documentation. Verified that Caltrans specifications were met. Provided detailed daily reports with photos, manpower, surface area completed, gallons used, ambient conditions, etc.
